Tania – Farmhouse apartment for 4-6 with garden and pool in Volterra

Tania is a very comfortable and bright unit on the first floor of a newly restored beautiful Tuscan farmhouse, located on a spectacular and panoramic hill overlooking green woods, wheat fields, roads of lined cypress trees and the stunning Etruscan town of Volterra.
Access to the apartment is through a private and well landscaped garden with veranda and outdoor armchairs and dining table. In an open space a kitchen with gas stoves, fridge, oven and dishwasher is just in front of a beautiful wood dining table, which comfortably sits 6 people. In the same room a sitting area with double sofa bed and armchairs lead to an internal courtyard where guests can dry their laundry, as the unit is equipped with washing machine.
A corridor leads to a master bedroom with a king size bed (made of two single beds that can be joined) and en-suite bathroom with shower as well as to another double bedroom with queen size bed and another separated bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito screens. The whole unit is nicely refined with parquet flooring, stone tiled bathrooms and relaxing style that joins comforts with a distinctive Tuscan touch. A WIFI internet access as well as SAT TV is provided.
A communal pool – 8 by 4 meters, open from mid June to early September – and a communal parking area are available in the complex where the unit placed.
The position of Tania is very convenient in central Tuscany in order to reach Volterra and San Gimignano in less than half an hour and to reach other major attractions in Tuscany, like Pisa, Lucca and Siena in about 1 hour.
