Podere I Sorbi is a restored independent country house in Tuscany located just 1.5 km from Lajatico, the birthplace of Maestro Andrea Bocelli. The property boasts two floors, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pool, a terrace, and a garden, comfortably accommodating up to eight people.
The house features the classic Tuscan style with wooden beams, terracotta tiles, and wooden furnishings.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR: there is a spacious lounge area for relaxation, with sofas, a tv and a large dining table where we can organize the best dinners for your family and friends. The large lounge area is fully air-conditioned.
There’s also a room with a Tuscan fireplace in front of a dining table and a reading room/study connected to the swimming pool area for those who want to work during their time at the villa. There is a second fridge, useful if you go back and forth from the garden/pool and an ice machine for your cocktails
The first shower room with WC is also on this level. There is also a washing machine and drying rack provided for your convenience.

ON THE FIRST FLOOR: there are 3 large double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, and one bathroom with shower. There is the possibility to add a single folding bed in one of the bedrooms. On the first floor there’s air conditioning in the main hallway that circulates fresh air to the other rooms. The bedrooms have got each floor fans.
The best part of this level is the large panoramic terrace of 50 m2 where you can have “al fresco” dinners, overlooking the rolling hills of Tuscany. The kitchen is also on this floor, and it is fully equipped with a refrigerator, small freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machines, toaster, and dishwasher.

Pets are welcome with a surcharge and one travel cot is also available. Wi-fi connection available.

Guests can enjoy the private panoramic swimming pool of the property with parasols and sun loungers, and a breath-taking view over the Pisan hills. Here is the best place to relax after a day touring, perhaps with an excellent glass of wine from the “Terre di Pisa” area.
The garden surrounding the property offers a barbecue, a tennis table, a wood burning outside oven where you can make the best pizzas and a large dining table where you can also have “al fresco” dinners.
There is also a lovely garden surrounding the villa where you can relax or enjoy yoga lessons or a massage, to regenerate your body.

In the nearby village you can find small shops and groceries stores where you can buy fresh and local produce for your breakfasts, restaurants and pizzerias for your evening meals. You will also find a supermarket within a ten-minute drive from your accommodation. You can even reach the town of Lajatico walking 25-30 minute on a pathway on the hills.
Podere I Sorbi is located in a strategic position where you can reach the most important attractions of the region. Guests can enjoy walking guided tours with Arianna & Friends through major towns such as Pisa, Florence, Lucca and Siena and to medieval hamlets like Lari, Peccioli, Lajatico and Terricciola. The Etruscan town of Volterra, very famous for alabaster workshops, is located only 20 minutes from the property. Guests can reach San Gimignano (also known as the Tuscan Manhattan because of the many towers) in the car in 30 minutes. For real foodies we can arrange guided visits to the best wine, cheese and olive oil producers and truffle hunting tours in the wood.
At the property we can organize in-villa cooking classes, pizza classes and chef services in order to enjoy the best Tuscan recipes and learn all the secrets of our cuisine.
The check-in is between 4 and 6 pm directly at the villa.
