Tuccini is an elegant house on three levels with access from a little lane in the old village of Peccioli, in a very central position. Peccioli is a typical Tuscan hamlet located in a strategic position in order to reach the most famous towns of Tuscany. The house is very roomy and comfortable thanks to very advanced systems and equipments, due to the fact that it has been long time used for experiments on domestic robotics. From the little lane Vicolo Tuccini you access to a large sitting room with a double sofa-bed and TV set. On the same floor is a bright and fully equipped kitchen and dining room along with a small toilet. On the upper floor you find one double bedroom and one twin bedroom that share a bathroom with jacuzzi for 1 person. In the basement, accessible by an internal staircase or from the lane, is a small sitting room with foosball, a bathroom with shower and a sitting room with double sofa bed, which can be easily turnerd into a third bedroom. Finally, the basement has got a charming former cellar with redbrick walls and vaults that was transformed into a chill out room with a large carpet, one single bed and a single sofa-bed.
The whole unit is fully air-conditioned and can easily sleep up to 10 people.
Included in the offer is a card for a free access to the local underground parking lot of Peccioli, with elevator to the old town.
