When cooking with us during our online cookery classes often our guests claim missing some of the basic tools we have in our kichens in Italy. They range between a proper potato ricer, in order to make potatoes well mashed while making delicious and tender gnocchi, to the super classical mezzaluna knife, a half-moon shaped knife rocked to mince vegetable in the “granny style” way.

Include our private online cooking class into your offer?

Once you have received your box of cooking equipment home, you can connect in a zoom conference to Arianna or Massimo for a private hands-on cooking class for learning how to prepare dishes of the Tuscan tradition and how to use the tools you bought in the best way. You can choose the formula you prefer and select the dishes you like from our menu list: tagliatelle, gnocchi, meat stews and/or dessert. After the menu is decided, we will provide the list of ingredients you need for the class. You now just need to set up a dateand a time (not later than 10 pm Italy time).
