In our olive oil tasting tour you taste the best cold extracted “Olio Extra Vergine d’Oliva 100% italiano” along with 5 other delicious specialties based on EVOO. They are the oil-based “condiments” resulting from the cold extraction of oils from olives mixed with other ingredients directly in the milling facility: olives & lemons, olives & mixed citrus fruits, olives & chili peppers, olives & garlic and rosemary or olives & sage and rosemary. Please, note that they are not infusions: they are rather made of fruits or herbs milled together with olives in the oil mill so they contain cold extracted essential oils of lemon, grapefruit, garlic, sage and or rosemary finely mixed with EVOO.
