Pasta experiences in Tuscany
PASTA FACTORY, PASTA MUSEUM AND PASTA MAKING CLASS
When you mention pasta, Italy naturally comes to mind. However, when it comes to good quality pasta, it’s essential to explore and discover the finest pasta producers committed to respecting the natural products they use and their meticulous processing methods.
Join us on an exploration into the world of pasta at the pasta factory in Tuscany. Let’s begin with a visit to the museum of pasta, belonging to the factory, where to admire the old machineries and tools used in the past to produce pasta. To better understand our discussion, we’ll also tour the actual pasta factory, exploring its various production phases, in a journey that takes you from the production rooms to the packaging rooms. Established in 1860, this family-run enterprise, now in its fifth generation, continues to uphold its traditions.
You can combine this experience with other interesting activities:
- A lunch at the company’s restaurant is highly recommended, with several menu options to choose from.
- If you have time and a passion for wine, we can arrange a guided winery visit and tasting at an amazing historic winery.
- For history lovers, we suggest a guided tour of the majestic town of San Miniato, just a short distance away.
- If you enjoy hands-on experiences, don’t miss our pasta-making class at the restaurant, followed by a delicious pasta-based lunch.
